After years of waiting, Sling TV has finally made it to Apple TV. The news came during Apple’s 2016 Worldwide Developers Conference much to the glee of Sling and Apple fans everywhere. Prior to this announcement, Sling was only available on streaming devices from Amazon, Roku, Google, and a few others.

Along with the platform expansion, Sling TV also announced a brand new user interface (UI). The updated UI offers users a more personalized and customizable experience by introducing a new “My TV” menu option. This new feature allows the user to create a list of favorite channels and shows for quick and easy access. The new UI also boasts enhanced navigation and content discovery capabilities, in addition to a more streamlined and user-friendly look and feel.

The Sling TV UI wasn’t the only thing to get an update; the channel line-up got a refresh as well. 12 new Viacom channels were also announced and they’ll be available to all users of the streaming service. Some of the newly added channels include MTV, BET, and Comedy Central among many others.
